Access - Longfield Guest House

Our Victorian home is located in Dover Kent. 
We aim to cater for all our visitors in our eight bedroom Guest House.

Pre Arrival  

We are located half a mile from Dover Town Centre. 
There is a bus stop opposite the Guest House with a frequent bus service into the Town. 
Dover Priory Train Station and Town Centre are a 10 minute walk. 
The Ferry Port and Cruise Terminal are approximately a 5 minute drive away, and the Channel Tunnel is a 15 minute drive.  

Arrival and parking  

Check-in time is 4.00pm until 11.00pm. 
Rooms will be paid for on arrival please. 
You may leave your luggage with us earlier in the day if agreed at time of making your booking. 
We have an off-street gravel car park which is located at the rear of the Guest House for guests use and is locked overnight. 
No caravans please. We also have a lock-up garage for your cars, trailers, motorcycles and bicycles. A small fee is charged for the garage. 
The maximum height of the garage door is 6 feet high. 

Main entrance    

The front door has 2 steps approximately 15cms each high. 
On the ground floor we have 1 en-suite room and the breakfast room. 
There are 19 steps to the first floor level. We have 7 bedrooms on the first floor. 
There are 2 single rooms that share the bathroom on the first floor. 
All other rooms have a toilet and shower in the room.

Breakfast Room  

The breakfast room is on the ground floor. 
Breakfast is served between 7.00am until 8.30 am unless otherwise arranged when making your booking. 
We have a high chair for infants.

Additional Information                                                  

We are happy to cater for special diets. Please tell us your requirement when booking your room.
We are happy to refrigerate any medication or perishable goods when we have the space.

Any vehicles or goods left in the Guest House, car park or garage are at your own risk.
If you have any valuables for safe keeping you may ask us to store them for you.
